What exactly is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that takes action, not just answers questions. Unlike a chatbot that responds to what you type, an AI agent completes multi-step tasks on your behalf — updating records, sending emails, generating documents, booking appointments — without a human triggering each step.
How is Stride AI different from other AI companies?
Most AI consultants have a background in automation tools they learned recently. Jaikar and Ketan come from decades of working inside genuinely complex technology environments — large-scale projects, deep systems integration, real enterprise architecture.
Do I need technical knowledge to use what you build?
No. We build everything with your team in mind. Every system comes with training and documentation, and is designed to be used by normal people — not developers.
Do I own the AI system after you build it?
Yes — fully. Everything we build belongs to you. The code, the configuration, the infrastructure. No ongoing platform fees payable to us, and everything is documented so your team can manage it independently.
How do you handle our data and privacy?
We build every system to comply with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. We don't store your business data on our servers, we don't use it to train models, and we can deploy within NZ data infrastructure where required.
