This depends on the type of solution. For fully custom-built software and AI agents - code we write from scratch - you get full access and ownership of everything we deliver. For solutions built on third-party platforms (automation tools, AI model providers, or no-code systems), your access is governed by that provider's terms. We are always transparent about this upfront. If full ownership matters to your business, we will build accordingly.

In most cases, yes. We regularly integrate with MYOB, Xero, Shopify, HubSpot, and a wide range of CRMs, ERPs, booking tools, and custom-built platforms. Before any build begins, we review your existing systems and confirm what is possible. If we spot a compatibility issue, we will tell you - and we will usually have a workaround.
